What is AI automation for an architecture firm?
Software that does a firm’s routine admin, like timesheet reminders, approvals, fee tracking, and month-end invoicing, and that you can direct in plain language instead of logging into several tools.
Can I really run my firm from ChatGPT?
Yes. We build a connector (an MCP server) between your own ChatGPT and your firm’s systems. You ask, for example, “how is the Park Slope townhouse tracking against its fee?” or “approve this week’s timesheets,” and it answers from, or makes the change in, your real data.
What can it connect to?
What your firm already runs on: timesheets, accounting, project spreadsheets, and calendars. Where the data is scattered, we bring it into one database first.
Does ChatGPT make changes without me?
No. It acts when you ask, inside the permissions we set up, and your automations (reminders, approvals, invoices) run on rules you agreed to.
